Final Sale Policy for Chile Powders


All chile powder products are considered food items and are final sale. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once these products have left our store or been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at Info@socochileco.com so we can review the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit.

 

To start a damage or issue claim, email us at Info@socochileco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

If a replacement is approved, we’ll provide instructions and cover the cost of sending the corrected item.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because we sell food products, all chile powders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or unopened chile powders
  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re ever unsure about a specific item, just reach out.

 

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away so we can evaluate the issue. Our goal is always to make things right quickly and fairly.


Exchanges

Because all chile powders are final sale, exchanges are not available.

If your product was damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost after reviewing the claim.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a damage or issue claim is approved and a replacement is not possible.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at Info@socochileco.com.

 


Europeans Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible items.


However, this right does not apply to food items, including all chile powders, which remain final sale.
