1. ORDER PROCESSING

We work hard to get your order out quickly.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays, new product releases, promotions, or high-volume periods.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when your order ships.

Please note:

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

2. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • Order weight
  • Carrier rates

We do not mark up shipping fees.

Any shipping discounts or promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority)
  • UPS (Ground, 2-Day, etc.)

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
  • USPS Priority: 2–4 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Once your package leaves our facility, transit times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

If you haven’t received your tracking email:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Verify the email you entered at checkout
  • Contact us at Info@socochileco.com

 

5. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Additional fees charged by carriers for address corrections

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it.

 

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for stolen packages.

If you believe your package was mis-delivered, please contact the carrier first, then email us if further help is needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email Info@socochileco.com within 7 days
  2. Include photos of the package and items
  3. Provide your order number

We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit.

 

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available, this section will be updated.

 

8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Because our chile powders are food items:

  • We cannot ship to international destinations with food import restrictions
  • We may restrict shipping to PO boxes for heavier items (case-by-case)

We also cannot ship to freight forwarders for resale purposes.

 

9. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

 

During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays.

We encourage ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.

 

 

 

 

10. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

If you need to cancel or modify your order:

  • Contact us immediately at Info@socochileco.com
  • If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled
